This patient came to our office in Scottsdale, Arizona for labiaplasty surgery. She desired improvement in the laxity and appearance of her labia. Her inner labia were constantly tugging and rubbing against her clothes. Labia majoraplasty, minoraplasty, clitoral hood reduction, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection were performed.
Our patient desired labiaplasty for improvement in the laxity and appearance of her labia. She also had discomfort from constant irritation of her labia in certain clothing and from sex. Labia majoraplasty, minoraplasty, hood reduction and the O-Shot® were performed in our Scottsdale, Arizona office.

She also desired more vaginal tightness and increased sensation. After a series of treatments, she reported improvement in vaginal dryness, a tighter feeling vagina, and increased sensation.
Our patient desired an increase in vaginal tightness as well as help for her urinary stress incontinence. She has seen less urine urge and leaking urine with stress such as coughing, sneezing, and laughing after being treated with a series of ThermiVa and O-Shot (Thermi-O). She also noted an improved appearance in her outer labia and improved vaginal tightness.
